Cougar Days are finally here!  Just a few reminders...

Complete your student's Annual Demographics Update in Skyward/Family Access. 
This is the 1st Station at Cougar Days, but can be completed at home. See the attached Cougar Days Information, page 2.

 Be ready to check in with the our School Nurse! 
Each school year, every UPSD student must have an updated green 24-25 Student Health Record form, attached.
Please bring Emergency Health Plans, Medications and Doctor's orders with you.
(If your student participates in afterschool athletics, the doctor's orders must give permission for students to carry their meds with them.  The healthroom is not accessible during practice or games, but the nurse needs this paperwork to clear your student to participate in athletics.)
The Health Room Requirements checklist is also attached.

 Smile for the Photographer ! 
Each student will get their picture taken & receive their Student ID Card.  There will links available for ordering pictures and a flyer is attached.

 School Supplies List 
See the CJH 24-25 School Supplies List attached below.

 Unofficial Class Schedule and Lockers 
When you have completed every station on the checklist, you can pick up your unofficial schedule.
Your locker and combo is printed on your schedule, so you can check out where you will be 
storing your bags and find where your classes will be.

 Bus Information 
Download the "My Ride K-12" App to view your student's Bus number and pick-up location.
